Hey all!!!
It literally feels like forever since i wrote my last blog post(by forever i am talking two weeks) but to be fair i have been one busy lady so do forgive me.
I am currently experiencing that “what the hell am i doing with my life” quarter life crisis. Believe me all you younger lot…its a legit thing. I am debating lots of potential future options for myself and i find the more options your faced with the most confused you actually get. I am sure you wont be at all surprised that i am striving for a career in the travel industry so i am weighing up the decisions of a masters, internships or to continue globetrotting and being a bum (could i ever really give up this simple life?). Ill keep you posted on the outcome.
Most of you by now know that i write for a lifestyle magazine and every two months i share with you(mostly for the ladies) my published article. For the February/March issue my article is titled Change your hair, change your face . In this article i am babbling on about the ways to adapt your make up if you happen to change your hair shade. There are some tips in there for blonds, brunettes, darkies and even those of you brave enough to be embracing the grey hair trend. We all know that a new hair colour is a great excuse to head out makeup shopping. Funnily enough i haven’t had this joy due to live in an extremely Thai town i haven’t had my hair coloured in over a year( who even am i anymore). I am off home at the end of march and the hairdressers will be my first protocol. With travel always being at the forefront of my priorities i am stopping off in Munich for a few days too to see some fairy-tale castles and drink beer(god it will feel good to be back on European soil!) so i will be letting you in on my 3/4 day itinerary of the German city.
So here is my article but do check the magazine out online at www.expatlifeinthailand.com for more fun reads. This issue was all about relationships which reminds me, happy V day to all you sick love puppies out there!
As you might have guessed from my post title i am moving over to the travel section of the magazine(ekkk finally). Now don’t get me wrong i have really enjoyed writing the beauty articles and i love all things beauty as much as any other girl. However getting to write in the travel section was always my main goal. So i am proud to say in the next issue will be my first published travel piece. My upcoming travel pieces are on caves, Chanthaburi(where i currently live) and my experience of being an expat in Asia Vs Europe. Exciting things ahead!
